Program name: OffGridSMS, operated by Hyperfast Apps (Sargent Kennedy).

Description: OffGridSMS is a private text-to-search service for Sargent Kennedy and his family. Approved phones text a question to (530) 290-6034 and receive one short plain-text search answer per message. Only phones that have been added to the approved list get replies.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies by user request: you get one reply for each question you send, and we never send messages you did not ask for. Message and data rates may apply. Satellite messaging plans (e.g. Garmin inReach) may charge per message.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to (530) 290-6034 at any time to opt out. You will get one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email sarge@hyperfastapps.com.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and, off grid, on satellite coverage.

Not an emergency service

OffGridSMS is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call or text 911, or use your device's Emergency SOS feature. Answers are automated, may be incomplete, delayed or out of date, and are provided as-is without warranty. Do not rely on them for safety decisions.
